How to get the set:

This outfit is a non-class-specific visual copy of the item level 483 Death Knight T14 sets, the Lost Catacomb Battlegear/Plate. The pieces are obtained as boss drops from Raid Finder mode Heart of Fear and Terrace of Endless Spring.

There are no exact matching items for the chest slot, aside from the Death Knight tier chests themselves. Instead, the offset chestpiece listed below is a tunic, rather than the robe model used by the tier chests. As such, other classes cannot replicate this look perfectly.
